Delicious Cheese-cake
200g digestive biscuits
80g butter/margarine { mix and set in fridge}
4 tbl spoons sugar (optional)
150g/200 crème fraise
400g Philadelphia Cheese {mix together}
200g whipping cream
1 lemon juice/rind
5 gelatin sheets {soak in water for 10min.}
When the gelatin is soaked, squeeze excess water and heat up in teflon pan with lemon juice; pour into the cheese-cake mix.
