La copañía de diseño Finlandesa SAURUM, ha sacado una nueva línea de joyas, LUMOAVA, puramente Finlandesa.

Para la campaña del año pasado, han utilizado a gente anónima.

Acaba de salir la nueva colección hace una semana.

Ha pasado más de un año desde que no actualizo nada, pero he estado un poco estresada.

Este año parece que la vida me va tratando un poco mejor, y por fin puedo dedicarme un poquito a mi blog otra vez.

Se termina el verano y todo el mundo decide apuntarse a cosas, y yo he tomado una determinación:

1.- VOY A VOLVER A PINTAR!!! Que ya son horas!

2.- Me he comprado el Wii active personal trainer,

así hago un poquillo de ejercicio en casa, sin que nadie me vea, ;)

3.- Voy a hacer Nordic walking varios días a la semana con mi amiga Marina, y ya de paso ponemos al mundo del revés.

4.- Me voy a apuntar a clases de Finés, otra vez grrrrr, porque ya no recuerdo nada.

5.- Me voy a apuntar a clases de mezcla de bailes (o algo así) que va a dar una amiga, a la que ya estoy volviendo loca y que ya me tiene miedo... :D, de la que saldré bailando cual Ginger Rogers...

Y eso es todo amigos! A ver cuántas de todas estas cosas hago, sin morir en el intento...

This is what i have been doing during those days...My boss asked me if I could paint the new school, that is going to be open next August, so I did. At least we have the trees ready, later on, I will paint in one of the classrooms a few faries and elfs, and in the other one, animals. Let's see If i have some time for it.

Esto es lo que estuve haciendo estos últimos días...Mi jefa me preguntó si podría pintar la escuela nueva, que será inaugurada este Agosto, y lo hice. Por lo menos ya tenemos los árboles listos, y más tarde pintaré en una de las clases unas cuantas hadas y duendes y en la otra animalillos. A ver si tengo tiempo para ello.
Tengo que agradecerle a José Luis toda la ayuda que me dio con los bocetos. Gracias, neno!

My husband just came back from Spain, and he brought me a wonderful present. He found Julio Medem's box, with 6 of his movies. Julio Medem is one of the reasons I came in first place to Finland, thanks to "The lovers of the polar circle", about 7 years ago. Amazing movies, I will never forget them. They've got a space in my soul, forever.

Julio Médem es una de las razones por las que vine a Finlandia por primera vez, gracias a los "Amantes del cículo polar", hace unos 7 años ya. Películas increíbles que nunca olvidaré. Tienen un espacio en mi alma, para siempre.

Last saturday i made two new paintings, and today i made the third one. The sizes are 10x10 cm, and they are going to an exhibition in Poland of miniatures. I just skan them, so, I am sorry for the quality of the pictures.

Uno de mis regalitos navideños ha sido un POCOYO, que ahora me cuida por las noches. Realmente hacía mucho que no me regalaban algo tan dulce como este muñeco, y me hizo muchísima ilusión. Para quien no lo conozca, pongo uno de sus vídeos aquí, y recomiendo esta serie a todos los padres que tengan niños pequeños, porque es realmente buena.

I bught this wonderful book in internet! It is about parties for children, with beautiful pictures, ideas and recepes. It is from 60'-70' and is written by Betty Crocker's. It is the original edition. Love it!!

I GOT IT! This is the most precious book that I ever found.
It is the book that Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (Lewis Carroll) gave to Alice Pleasance Liddell Hargreaves Taylor in a Crhistsmas day, in the original handwritting with the initial pictures.
I found it yesterday at the Comic Festival of Helsinki.
A real treasure for me!!!

LO TENGO! Este es el libro más preciado que he encontrado nunca.
Es el libro que Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (Lewis Carroll) le entregó a Alice Pleasance Liddell Hargreaves Taylor en un día de Navidad, con la escritura a mano original y los dibujos iniciales.

Gracias a Las tres brujas, he recoradado una película que solía ver y ver cuando era pequeña, y que desgraciadamente ya no tengo a mano.
Supongo que es una compra obligada...
De todas maneras es bastante curioso que el otro día estuviese precisamente pensando en ella, y derepente descubro que no soy la única que la tiene como un clásico en su memoria y en su corazón. Por eso, hoy dedico a Las tres brujas este post, como agradecimiento de tan buenos recuerdos.

Esto lo dedico en memoria de uno de mis directores favoritos.
Y he de decir unos de los mejores "fiesteros"!

El primer fotograma pertenece a "El guateque" con Peter Sellers, película que he visto millones de veces desde que tenía 8 años, y que no me cansa! El segundo es, por supuesto, "Desayuno con diamantes" y como la primera, la he visto durante años y años y me sigue apasionando! En las dos podemos encontrar las mejores escenas de fiesta en la historia del cine. La primera es una fiesta toda la película, pero en la segunda la fiesta en casa de Holly es simplemente perfecta.Durante la última escena de la película nunca puedo dejar de llorar. Gato es adorable!

And I can say one of the best party-makers ever!!!

The first picture is from "The party" with Peter Sellers, movie that I watched million times since I was 8 years old, and I still love it! The second one, of course, is "Breakfast at Tiffany's", and as "The party", I watched it many times and I still love it! They both have the best party-scenes I ever saw. In "the party" the hole movie is a party, but in the secon one the party at Holly's house is just perfect. During the last scene, I can't never stop crying. Cat is so lovely!

Delicious Cheese-cake

200g digestive biscuits

80g butter/margarine { mix and set in fridge}

4 tbl spoons sugar (optional)

150g/200 crème fraise

400g Philadelphia Cheese {mix together}

200g whipping cream

1 lemon juice/rind

5 gelatin sheets {soak in water for 10min.}

When the gelatin is soaked, squeeze excess water and heat up in teflon pan with lemon juice; pour into the cheese-cake mix.
